Katrina Heenan

I am a singer songwriter based in Liverpool and part time based in London. I have collaborated with the likes of  Jem productions who have recently had a song on the new Cheryl Cole album and are currently working on the new Ronan Keating  album,  C- Swing who has worked with talents such as En Vogue, Jamelia, Beverly Night and Michelle Escoffery  and  also The Sugar Factory who are just  about to explode onto the music scene.   Other projects have included an appearance on the song ‘Get up and Move with Mc Harvey, which charted at 26 in the singles charts and also performing as the lead singer for the group Eyeopener (AATW Records).

At present I have just graduated from Paul McCartney’s fame school, The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts ,  at which upon graduating I was awarded  the  song link prize for best contemporary song of the year, by David Stark. I am have also just signed a single deal with AATW Records with which my cover of the Liki Lee’s I Follow Rivers is set to go onto compilatation albums.

I have been inspired by some of the world greatest and genuine talents such as Kate Bush, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Walter Affanasieff and Labrinth is slowly creeping in there. Catchy melodies rhythms and beats are what feed my soul as a songwriter. I hope you enjoy my music. I am always looking for new innovative songwriters and producers to collaborate with. If you would like to contact me then you can find me on Facebook and Twitter.
